This article covers tracking a PG&A (Parts, Garments, & Accessories) order. For information on tracking a vehicle order, read Off-Road Vehicle Order Tracking Portal or Snowmobile Order Tracking Portal.
To track your Polaris online order, log in to your account via the ACCOUNT drop down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the Polaris website. Once you are logged in, it will read HI, *NAME*.
From the account drop down menu, select ONLINE ORDERS.
Select the order you would like tracking information for by clicking VIEW ORDER on the right side of the item.
This will bring you to the Order Details page. Once there, you can track your item by clicking TRACK ITEM on the lower right side of your item details.
Clicking on TRACK ITEM will route you to the shipping provider's website with tracking details for your order.
Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email, like the example below, with your account and order information after placing your order. Save this information for reference and click the VIEW ORDER DETAILS link in your email to log in to your account and view tracking information.
Note: Orders can take up to three business days to process before a tracking number is generated for your shipped order. Please wait at least 24 hours before attempting to track your order. Payment error can further delay shipment.
Customers who do not have a Polaris account and made guest orders can also check their online order status from any Polaris vehicle website. At the bottom of the page, find the OWNER SUPPORT column and click on ORDERS & RETURNS.
This will bring you to the "Order Status & Tracking" page. Under "Find a Single Order", click on FIND ORDER.
Type in the order number given to you at checkout along with the phone number and last name you entered for the order.
This will route you to the same order details page shown above, and the same actions can be taken to track the order.
