To order paint that matches your Polaris Off-Road Vehicle, you must bring the paint code to your Polaris Dealer. Paint must be ordered at a dealer.
To find the paint code, go to the online parts catalog. Access the parts catalogs by clicking here and choosing the link to your vehicle brand, as shown below.
For example, let’s find paint that matches the bumper color of this 2018 RANGER 570 Full-Size.
Scroll down and select SERVICE & REPLACEMENT PARTS from the RANGER menu.
Select PARTS & MAINTENANCE from the top row of tabs.
A Parts menu will appear with each assembly in the vehicle and the components included within. Select CHASSIS > FRAME AND FRONT BUMPER.
The diagram for that assembly shows that you’re looking for part 13.
Scroll down to the parts listings and No. 13 is the bumper, part number 1023525-458. “458” is the paint code for Matte Black. Take that paint code to your local Polaris Dealer. Your dealer can help you order the proper paint. To find a Dealer near you, use the Dealer Locator.
Paint codes will be three or four digits. If you’re looking for only one of the two colors in a two-tone paint scheme, your dealer can find the correct paint when provided with the four-digit code and your VIN.
You will have the option of choosing aerosol cans, quart paint or a touch-up bottle. Your dealer can help you choose the right option for the type of painting you’re planning on doing.
